1. Service

Creator Intelligence AI provides analytics, benchmarking and content-intelligence tools for creators. The service may change as features are improved.

2. Account and authorization

You are responsible for the Google account you use to connect the service and for maintaining access to your own channel. By connecting YouTube, you authorize Creator Intelligence AI to access the Google/YouTube data shown in the consent screen for the purpose of providing the service.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and for channels/accounts you are authorized to manage.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or access another user's workspace.
• Do not use the service to violate YouTube, Google, copyright, privacy or other applicable policies.

4. Intelligence and recommendations

Recommendations are analytical suggestions, not guarantees of views, revenue, audience growth or business results. Historical performance can change, and creators remain responsible for editorial and publishing decisions.

5. Third-party services

The service depends on third-party services including Google/YouTube and cloud infrastructure providers. Availability may be affected by those services.

6. Account deletion

You may delete your Creator Intelligence account from the Account section. Deletion permanently removes the account's stored workspace data and OAuth tokens, subject to limited records that may be retained where required by law or for security/accounting purposes.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
