Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
- Google account information such as name, email address and profile image when you sign in.
- YouTube channel information, videos and publicly available channel/video metadata needed to identify and organize your workspace.
- YouTube Analytics data made available through the authorized YouTube Analytics scope, such as performance metrics and traffic/engagement signals.
- Workspace settings, competitor entries and application activity needed to provide the service.
2. How Google and YouTube data is used
We use authorized Google/YouTube data to authenticate you, identify your channel, calculate performance benchmarks, detect winners and cooling signals, analyze content patterns, and generate recommendations inside your private Creator Intelligence workspace.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not use Google user data for unrelated purposes. Data is processed only to provide, secure and improve the Creator Intelligence service.
3. Storage and security
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored on the server in encrypted form. Application records are stored in a PostgreSQL database with workspace-level ownership controls. We use HTTPS in production and restrict authenticated API access to the account that owns the workspace.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your Google user data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers required to operate the service, such as application hosting and database infrastructure. Those providers receive data only as necessary to provide the service and are not authorized to use it for unrelated purposes.
5. Data retention
We retain account, workspace and analytics records while your account is active so the intelligence engine can learn from historical performance. You can delete your account from the Account section of the product. Account deletion removes the associated Creator Intelligence records and stored OAuth tokens.
6. Google permission revocation
You can also revoke Creator Intelligence's Google access from your Google Account security settings. Revoking access may prevent the service from refreshing or syncing your YouTube data.
7. Your choices
- Revoke Google access.
- Delete your Creator Intelligence account and stored workspace data from the Account section.
- Request clarification about how your data is handled using the developer contact shown on the Google OAuth consent screen for this application.
8. Children's privacy
The service is intended for creators and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
